ENGINE OVERHUAL AND PARTS RECONDITION

Main engine and Aux engine need to regular overhaul for maintenance and replacing worn parts, normally the job should be done by professional engineer and skilled mechanic to avoid further mistakes, and it should be also supported by a professional workshop in case further job needed. We have a 40 persons repair team in Shanghai and they are experienced with many types of engine, such as MAN B&W, WARTSILA, YANMAR, etc. We also have one 2500m2 workshop located in Shanghai, the workshop is equipped with all kinds of equipment which can make recondition works for all engine parts, such as chemical cleaning, cylinder cover recon, valve rod recon, liner honing，piston and piston rod recon, engine frame metal locking, etc.
